Second son of John and Sarah Mears Talbott, inherited from his father 100 acres of Expectation. Married Margaret, daughter of Abraham and Abagail Birckhead of Anne Arundel County. Died in his fifty~fifth year (1696-1750). His wife preceded him in death.

The Birckheads were Friends and came from Bristol, England.
